When you are pregnant you put a lot of pressure on your pelvic floor.
Whether you had a natural birth or not, you need to know about T-zone.
If you had a natural birth your pelvic floor muscles got damaged.
If you had a C-section your transversus abdominis were damaged.

T-zone is a combination of your pelvic floor muscles and your transversus abdominis (TA).

Before you do any exercises for the pelvic floor you must know what T-zone is. You must know how to activate your pelvic floor muscles otherwise you will do the exercises and will not get the results you are after.

Usually people ask me when they start seeing any results.
With pelvic floor muscles I can certainly say that if you do the pelvic floor exercises every day for 3 weeks (or at least 5-6 times a week) – you will feel the difference. It may take a little longer depending on your individual situation.
However if you engage your pelvic floor muscles (ie activate your T-zone) on a regular basis (reminding yourself several times a day) and your are consistent with exercising you can’t not feel the difference.

You must be persistent until the “tipping” point. When you start feeling the muscles and feel control over your pelvic floor, you will thank yourself for all the work you have done. The key is: to continue. You can reduce your 5-Minute miracle workout to just 2 exercises from the workout. You can add them to your other workouts and you won’t need to do them every day.
