Thoracic Spine Pain is tricky to treat. It needs to be a gently stretch with a particular technique. The thoracic spine runs from the base of the neck, along the rib cage, and down the stomach area. To treat the thoracic spine, you need to move the arm across the body, and gently pull, which will release tension in the joints in the upper back spine.

The thoracic spine is less mobile than the lower back; hence some will build bad habits such as improper posture. Remember to align your upper back straight up and be aware of any slouching.
