In this video i will demonstrate How to use yoga blocks! 4 yoga poses using yoga blocks to help with hip tension and back pain and stretching the shoulders and front body. Yoga blocks are a beautiful addition to a yoga practice to help open the body, make space for healing and to release tension and stress in the hips along with helping reduce upper back and lower back pain. Yoga blocks are a great option for anyone who suffers from back pain and tight hips. Utilize these 4 passive yoga poses after a long day or at the end of a yoga practice for a restorative feel.

Please note that this is not a full class. These postures are just a demonstration/how to and should be done passively.

I recommend foam yoga blocks as the bamboo and cork are a bit harder.

See you on the mat!
