So I may have done something a little crazy…
I packed up my bags and headed south east for 42 days in Quito, Ecuador! Here I will be completing my 300 hour advanced Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training through mid-March.
This is the first update from when I first arrived to Ecuador to begin my training. Along the way I’ll share updates on the incredible experience here at Durga’s Tiger School for Tantra, Yoga and Shamanism. 🙂
