Every woman likes to have a perfectly shaped figure. Many of them turn to cosmetic surgery to increase or enhance their size. However, there are natural ways to increase cup size—and even the appearance of bigger size. Here are some best ways that you can try if you want to have larger, fuller figure. 3. Exercise:
If you are a beginner you can do the floor pushups. Lying on your stomach, place your hands in front of your shoulders. Your palms should be flat on the floor with your elbows bent at sides.
Your palms and toes should be the only body parts in contact with the floor. Keep your knees straight. Slowly push your body up until your arms are straight. Once you are up, slowly lower yourself down to the original position.
At first, you should do at least three reps with 10 push-ups. Exercising and doing these remedies every day will help you in developing your pectoral muscles. You can increase the number of push-ups day by day. If you feel it too hard, try the adapted floor push-ups with your knees on the floor. Keep your knees width equal to your shoulders.
4. To Massage
2 egg yolks
2 Tablespoon of fresh Cucumber juice.
2 tablespoons of #Nivea firming lotion
Mix these 3 ingredients in a clean bowl.
Apply it onto your chest and leave it overnight.
Wash it off with cold water.
