This is an intermediate dynamic yoga flow for strength and toning of the body – in a quick, free and convenient way! To be honest, this video was filmed this yoga flow in my hotel room but you can practice it at home or anywhere else where you have a couple of square metres free of furniture 

This 10 minute yoga practice targets your spine, legs, core and hips with additional opening of the shoulders.
