Intermediate yoga class with a focus on core and handstand. We get strong through the midline, tap into our power, get everything awake and activated before working on some handstand drills with the option for handstand play, if you’re working towards it. There’s plenty of modifications so everyone can have a go, plus a quiet breathing practice and meditation to integrate your work at the end. Remember to take child’s pose or rest, any time you need to come back to the breath. Enjoy yogis.
