Kegel balls are really simple to use. While wearing the balls, you can do everyday activities whilst your muscles contract against the movement of the balls. Wear for ten to twenty minutes then remove.
Alternatively follow the four steps below:
1. Use the balls as something to clench your muscles against, squeezing the pelvic floor upwards.
2. Then hold the contraction for between two to ten seconds keeping the balls in place.
3. Slowly stop clenching, allow the muscles to relax and the balls will lower gently.
