I filmed this workout in my home in Manhattan Beach and it combines two of my favorite things: yoga & booty sculpting! ?This 50-minute routine focuses on toning your gorgeous tush, but also works your core, arms, and shoulders while giving you an amazing stretch. All you need is a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells!
