Today I would like to share with you one yoga asana that you can combine while taking 3 min to exercise your vagina muscles and internal organs. This asana helps to open the hips.

We women tend to store lots of negative energy in the hips. With this practice you can simply relax in your bed, work with your gem stones, and open your hips. I can assure you that doing it for a month will improve your flexibility and help you release lots of tension from your body.

Choose which stone you would like to work with today. Perhaps feel what your body needs more: love, more manifestation and balance, or possibly clearing of any negative energy.

After you insert your preferred gem stones, simply lie on your back with your hands by the sides of your body. Bend your knees and bring your feet closer to your body. Bring the soles of your feet and heels together and gently drop your knees to the sides. Try to keep your feet as closer to your perineum as possible. Lift your lower back slightly to straighten your back and relax.

Now start exercising with your Gemstones. Inhale, contract, and hold for 4 counts and relax. You may need to slightly push the stones to the vagina entrance and then do another round. You can do 10 breaths slowly, and then lets do quick a contraction and release.

Make sure to work the vagina muscles and not the abdominal and anal muscles.
