In this is a 30-minute Floor Flow practice we’ll explore 4 different movement patterns and work on developing the transitions between the movements. The movements are challenging to build strength and conditioning, the practice aims to build fluid movement and flow.
As always, you’re encouraged to modify the movements to insure your safety and performance. This is an intermediate session that includes some handstand practice – using the wall or a chair / table / box for assistance is highly recommended.
