Lower back pain is quite common amongst the world population, however, among lifters and gym goers, lower back pain is even more prevalent. In this video, I go through a couple of exercises and stretches that I do everyday to reduce and relief my lower back pain. These lower back pain exercises can be done at home or at the gym, and they’re quite easy to do and super effective and efficient.
Again, each exercise, try to get 3 sets of 10 reps, and for the hip flexer stretch, hold each side for 15-20 secs and repeat for 3 total sets on each leg.
