This is a Yoga Class for sore and stiff legs, hamstrings, hips, quads and glutes!

Perfect for anyone that has done a leg day and is looking for a way to stretch out afterwards or if you have been running or doing a HIT class!!

It is an all round lower body session so if you’d like something more specific to a particular group of lower body muscles do comment that below!

I hope you have fun doing it and feel a bit more chilled out afterwards too!! Let me know what sort of classes you would like me to do for the next few weeks!
