ABOUT THIS SERIES

Set the tone of your day with uplifting, intention-setting classes that enhance your day ahead. Each of the 10 yoga classes focus on a positive state-of-being that will inspire you to put your best foot forward and handle any challenges that come your way with grace and ease. You will leave your mat fulfilled, empowered, confident, and focused.

Classes range from 15 to 20 minutes and include a gentle warm up, flow sequence, and intention-setting conclusion to take with you throughout the rest of your day.

These bite-sized flows are perfect for people with busy schedules or who struggle to find time for self-care. And because there are no inversions or strenuous poses or transitions, these classes are ideal for yogis of all levels who simply want to move and feel good.

ABOUT JACQUELYN

Jacquelyn’s mission is to share her love of dance and movement with you. She wants to share this passion because it has been a gift to her – it is her form of meditation, keeps her sane, and burns a lot of calories! Jacquelyn is a classically trained ballerina from a very young age, and has danced professionally for LINES Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and later went on to be a Laker Girl for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jacquelyn took her love of dance and brought it into fitness. She became a certified Pilates instructor in high school, and then certified in Barre after college at USC. Jacquelyn loves to bring rhythm and upbeat music to her classes, because she believes it keeps your body motivated, and its fun! Jacquelyn was the first instructor to bring Barre to the Equinox in Manhattan Beach, California. Jacquelyn’s rhythmic, fun, yet challenging style keeps her students coming back and craving more – no matter where she teaches. Jacquelyn is certified in Barre, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Personal Training, and lives a holistic lifestyle.
