Welcome to 14th episode- PARIGHASANA. ‘Parigha’- Iron bar or beam for shutting the Gate, ‘Asana’- Pose : hence the name Gate pose. This asana mainly stretches the sides of the torso, hamstrings & a helpful posture to open the shoulders. Good for people with stiff back.
