My post childbirth workout is quite simple but rigorous at the same time. I didn’t have to work out after delivery of my first baby, but I do feel differently this time around. As I would like to get my body toned as back to form especially my stomach. And fun fact I I intend to wear all the summer outfits I wasn’t able to wear last year due to pregnancy labor and delivery does take its toll on a woman’s body and doing this for the second time around I think I have got show my body some love, respect and support by doing some workouts and exercises. my weight loss journey and belly flattening exercises will be documented on my channel for other moms or expectant moms who would like to lose some weight, flatten tummy, tone body or just for their mental and physical well-being .
