This yoga class is designed to be practiced any time you are feeling muscle soreness, fatigue or tension after a workout, (or anytime!). This 20-minute class begins in Child’s pose with side stretches. Spine stretches include cat/cow and thread the needle. Following a spinal warm up, there is one downward dog- (for a hamstring and hip stretch), followed by a variety of shoulder stretches. The second part of the class includes stretches for the legs like hero, butterfly, forward fold and more. The final portion of the class includes reclined postures like pigeon and belly twisting posture.

This class was filmed on my back porch during the middle of a Costa Rican rainstorm, (which lasted for days). At about 13 minutes, the rain really starts coming down. It gets a little loud, but you can still hear my voice. I hope you enjoy the rainstorm – I just had to finish this great class!!!
