Crunch:
Doing crunches during pregnancy can help:
• Bring a baby into the pelvis
• Induces labor at right time
Exercise Technique:
1. To do this exercise, lie down on a non-slip yoga mat.
2. Your feet should be on the floor and your knees should be
pointing towards the ceiling.
3. Now, place your hands gently behind your head. The hands
are there only to support you. Remember, they should not
pull your head up.
4. Next, raise your heads and shoulders just 6 inches from the
floor.
5. Return to starting position slowly.
6. Repeat this 8 times
Warning signs:
• Abdominal discomfort
• Leakage or bleeding from the vagina
• Pain in the pelvis, vagina, or groin
• Shortness of breath
• Dizziness
• Exceptional fetal activity
Tips:
• Avoid exercising on an empty stomach
