This is an easy stretch and release routine for pregnancy. These pregnancy stretches are great for those days when you’re a little lower on energy but still feel like moving your body. This easy prenatal stretch routine has been created for all stages of a healthy pregnancy. However if you have any pregnancy complications, health concerns, or you’re just not sure whether it’s right for you, please check with your primary health care practitioner before trying it.

Also, your energy levels will vary from day to day during pregnancy and your body is constantly changing. Therefore, decide whether it’s right for you based on how you’re feeling and the stage of pregnancy you’re at. Feel free to stop and rest and/or grab a drink of water at any time during the workout.
