Pregnancy Yoga With A Birthing Ball – suitable for Beginners and SPD sufferers.
Hi all,
This session is perfect for a second or third trimester.
We use the birthing ball in a few different ways as we work through our pregnancy yoga session. A cushion would be helpful at one point but not essential. A section of the wall is needed.
We work progressively, focusing on breath, pelvic floor strengthens the legs as we get ready for birth and other aspects.
