This one feels great while pregnant, and is so easy to do! Helped me out the other day to release my low back and stretch my hips, inner thighs and hamstrings! ?

??‍♀️I can modify this seated in a chair as well if getting on the floor is not as comfortable, or not an option at the time.
??‍♀️in the second stretch, I can move through it in a few passes- inhaling to sit tall and lift out of the hips, exhaling to go forward and down a little deeper with each pass into the stretch ??
