WEEK 34 – Hips! O my gosh… let’s focus on the ligaments all around the hips that are strained from carrying our babies. Did you know that stretching out your calves helps with loosening the ligaments around the hips? Loosening is so important to open the hips for comfort during pregnancy and to support a smooth labor and delivery.

We do a slow yoga flow with wide stance to open the hips. Go slow and do what you need to feel good. We culminate with dancer’s pose for a little balance challenge. Using supports to relax at the end of yoga practice, reminds us to receive the support we need throughout the day while we are carrying our child.
