This flow is for mama in her first trimester!! We connect breath to movement as we open the hips and allow the energy to flow through the entire body. This helps wake the body up on those days that you may feel extra tired. I mean, you are creating life. Always, listen to your body. Follow your intuition. If something doesn’t feel good, back off. If a pose feels really good, keep doing it. During first trimester our bodies are working extra, extra hard and fatigue is a very common symptom. Sometimes the best thing to do is let your body rest, but if you have a little energy and want to move your body, this flow is for you! Again, this is for first trimester mamas as we do lie on our backs. It is not recommended to lie on your back during 2nd trimester. Congratulations of your pregnancy!! It’s such a magical time.
