Welcome to my PRENATAL YOGA classes.
This fourth episode is a great practice of letting go.
All classes are great for any trimester and for all levels of practitioners.
You do not need any prior yoga experience to be able to enjoy this yoga classes with me. We are going to stretch, move, relax, strengthen and prepare our body for labor. Make sure to listen to your body and perform only what is accessible to you and your body. The more you gonna move and practice than more natural it becomes.
