Today we will be doing Table Top Pose.
This yoga pose is one that we come to frequently throughout prenatal yoga classes. It is one of my favorite poses to transition in and out of. In this video you’ll learn proper alignment as well as some great core stabilizers to maintain strength throughout your pregnancy.
