In this video, I have demonstrated some of the prenatal back bending postures using some yoga properties like yoga wheel and blocks. It is very important to strengthen your back during pregnancy because as months progress the back will get strained due to the baby’s weight. These gentle stretches will help ease out the discomfort in the back.
