I just had my first baby and maintaining an active yoga practice was such an important part of my pregnancy journey.

Once I entered my third trimester and progressed along, I noticed there were fewer options available to me for an inspiring mind and body workout.

Follow along with the chanting and exercises here:

Then repeat all three verses with your hands on your baby and change the ‘me’ to ‘my baby’.
