These poses can be used to help turn a breech baby. They should be done for about 5-10 minutes, at least twice a day, during your baby’s active times. You can pick one out of the four, or do a combination of them all. The idea behind these poses is to get your hips above your shoulders, giving your baby space to get his/her bum out of your pelvis and get turned around. Consistency is key, so keep at it!
