Apart from the instruction in video we should know certain points.
Mode of breathing.

1) EXHALATION while go down
Inhale while coming up.
Normal breathing in final posture.

2) INHALE when STRETCH back.
EXHALE when go down front.
Normal breathing in final posture

3) knee shouldn’t bend in both Asanas.
