Yoga Nidra means ‘yogic sleep’ and it’s a relaxation technique where the body falls into the deepest state of relaxation while the mind remains fully conscious.

This is basically adult nap time! An hour of Yoga Nidra is said to equals 4 hours of sleep.

If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted, this is a beautiful relaxation ritual to bring into your day. It does wonders for calming your nervous system and when you take this time for yourself, it helps you show up in the world with more grace and ease.
