There are lots of food places near La Jolla Cove that you can check out – lots of vegan options too! I went to some vegan cafes, but didn’t like the things I ordered (too basic and bland for my liking) – but not every place and every meal is like that! There were some really great foods I tried like the dragonfruit vegan ice cream.
Also, I wasn’t joking about the seal poop smell – if you’re not used to it, it might be a bit much if you stay in one spot for a long period of time. But beaches like Shell Beach and Windansea didn’t have that smell when I went. Also, the water was beautiful! But too cold for my liking and there were lots of seaweed getting caught in my feet as well. Not bad, just something I thought I should mention. 🙂
