This is routine to help energise and leave you feeling refreshed for the day ahead. Yoga in the morning can help to stimulate the digestive system, calm the nervous system and of course stretch out after being dormant for a night of sleep. I like it to help me be in the right mindset also. Brillant as part of ‘power morning’ or just making the most of your time before heading out the house.
