SEATED MEDITATION FOR EVERYDAY PEACE // This video is for you if you are keen to begin regular Meditation at home. I hope to make it as easy as possible for you to create a daily practice and release the tensions of the day and create peace.
In this video, I will guide you through a seated meditation for 20 minutes and I explain how to make it as easy as possible.
I will guide you through each step of the way with awareness technique and wisdom teachings to keep you focussed and relaxed.
I recommend practicing this meditation every day for results.
With regular practice of around 4-6 weeks, studies have shown that the brain changes and this results in a marked difference in the way you think and feel day-to-day.
Meditate improves concentration, calms and clears the mind and rewires the way we respond to stressful situations in life.
