This is suitable for Intermediate Iyengar Yoga students who have a regular practice schedule and who have a reasonable level of mobility in the body. This seated yoga sequence includes: Upavistha Konasana, Parsva Konasana, Parivritta Konasana. This yoga class contains seated poses with the legs taken wide and they create a strong challenge for the legs, groins and side flank. You may need a blanket, two yoga belts and a yoga brick.

This sequence is suitable for yoga students who have a minimum of six months experience of a regular yoga practice and who are well versed in the seated actions, which are stronger than the standing poses.
