Stretching after your Jiu-Jitsu or any martial arts trainings is so vital for your health, recovery and improvement in the art. Yoga has helped my Jiu-Jitsu game tremendously. Yoga can be done on it’s own but also in combination with literally any sport. Especially martial arts like wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), grappling and yoga go really well together. It is like peanut butter and jelly 🙂
The previous Jiu-Jitsu stretching routine was a bit longer and thorough. This one is shorter and for you to follow-along. Hopefully you find this helpful and can take what you need so that you can stretch after every training for 5-10 minutes. That is really all you need. This yoga class can also be done if you do not train martial arts and is for beginner as well as experienced practitioners alike.
Let us know what classes we should cover next. We have of course ideas but we’d love to hear from you directly!
