– Arnold press 3×10 reps
– Barbell bent over rows 4×8 reps
– Cable chest flys 3×12 reps
– Dumbbell lateral/front raises 3×6 reps
– Pull ups 2×15 reps
– Cable hammer curls 4×10-12 reps
– Cable tricep push downs 4×10-12 reps
