4-5 blankets, 1 x elastic yoga strap, 1 x yoga chair. Position 1 metre from the wall.
Sequence:
Chatush Padasana – against the wall
Shoulder stand – one leg at a time
Halasana – one leg at a time onto the chair
Eka Pada Sarvangasana – extend back to wall.
Advanced sequence:
Parsvaikapada Sarvangasana – leg out to the side and to the floor (or chair)
Supta Konasana – both legs wide to the floor
Parsva Sarangasana – both legs to one side on the floor
Two leg lever squence:
Halasana – Supta Konasana – Halasana – Sarvangasana – Chatush Padasana (repeat)
Step down to the floor Setu Bhandasana
