YOGA POSTURE BASICS
In this Yoga Video I, Marianne give you instructions on how to do the Yin Yoga pose: Thigh Workout. It is a gentle thigh workout. It stretches the quadriceps and hip-flexors, without compressing the back too much. So gentle for the legs and back.
