WEEK 35 – Slow, let’s take it slow with our big babies! Light side stretching feels good for me this week in some simple, supported yoga poses. We get into some squats with breath for perhaps some help with labor to come. We use the back of our legs for strength and then stretch our hamstrings for a gentle release.
It’s all about balance between allowing your hips to release and open wider for the baby and utilizing your deep core for healthy carrying and labor. Which pregnancy yoga poses are your favorite?
How do you feel this week of your pregnancy? Feel free to do any of the previous weeks prenatal yoga sequences if your body is ok with it.
