Getting from standing to the floor seems easy when you aren’t pregnant but with a big growing belly and changing body, it is important to safely transition to the floor. What we don’t want to do is put any unwanted strain on your pelvic region, back or even baby.

Take a look at this video for a safe way to move to the floor – as you can see, this is suitable for latter stages of pregnancy. Try to use this method as often as possible and get into the habit of moving to the floor in this way from as early on in your pregnancy as you can.
