Warm ups before workouts are essential but most people get it wrong by either taking way too long to warm up, or not warming up properly at all.

There are a few key essentials that you need to know like getting your heart rate up first, circulating joint synovial fluid and also priming your central nervous system.

These things are critical to a good warm up, and where most people fall short.
