I am 36 almost 37 weeks pregnant and found out at my latest ultrasound that my baby is breech!! NOOO Overwhelmed and frustrated I went to spinningbabies.com and also researched a ton of different articles on how to spin babies! 🙂 I was so upset since I am striving for a natural labor and delivery like I have with my past two labors! I have been obsessing over ways and different techniques / exercises / positions to get into to try to encourage baby to spin / flip / get head down! I hope this video is helpful for you and you have luck in flipping / turning your baby to get in the optimal head down position!
