I show you an exercise that can reduce anxiety symptoms by relaxing certain parts of the body. Don’t forget about the body when looking for solutions in the mind.
Start with just a tennis ball massage and see if that works. If you seek benefits from the massage, try the roller next time. Remember to DEEP BREATHE when doing the exercises and actively relax the abdomen.
