Here I show what I packed in my hospital bag to deliver my FOURTH baby with plans for a natural birth. I keep it pretty minimal, knowing that not much else is needed or used. I explain my choices for each item and some of my tools and techniques for unmedicated labor. I know the most important thing is a healthy outcome, so I am prepared to go along with whatever will facilitate that.
