This free, 30 minute yin yoga class for low back pain relief is designed to be accessible for all levels and yoga beginners experiencing tightness, tension or pain in the low back region. We will work through moving the spine gently with yoga stretches for the back that will work through a variety of directions, as well as working into hips and hamstrings to help relieve pain in the low back.
Lower back pain can be caused by many different things. Please exercise caution throughout the practice and listen to your body.
