Today’s practice is all about the inner leg and groin area! In 40 minutes we focus on the Kidney Meridians that run from the feet to the pelvis – helping mobilize and release the area. A great practice to balance your energy levels as the Kidneys are said to be the source of our energy or Qi. Enjoy!

What is Yin Yoga? In Yin Yoga we hold poses passively to mobilize and strengthen the connective tissue, joints, ligaments and bones. Always connect with your body and breath and come into the pose slowly, to approximately 2/3 of your maximum depth (your appropriate edge), being mindfully aware of all the sensations. We hold these poses for 1-10 minutes and while this can be challenging at times, try to settle in, breath and commit to the stillness. Feel free to use whatever props you need to support yourself to release and fully experience the practice!
