5 elements of yoga EARTH WATER FIRE AIR SPACE
EARTH – with this earth, it grounds me in a broken world. grounding allows internal connection to root myself in this world.
WATER – most of us may have a connection with just that one special person, this connection is like water, an effetrtless flow of love between each other
SPACE – each of us are on this journey of self discovery and self acceptance, everything happens within ether, its the space between ever atom allowing us to be free.
I’ll end by introducing Mala beads – 108 beads
In conclusion, Yoga teaches you empathy, compassion, like earth it grounds you, yoga is Life
