Join Abe Ahern and Rebecca Bly, as they seamlessly weave together concepts from both disciplines into classes and in-depth workshops. In these sessions, you will learn to use tools from Pilates to mobilize strength and prepare the joints and muscles for controlled movement. Then explore strength beyond the physical by incorporating yoga postures, breathwork and meditation techniques to cultivate greater clarity, confidence and courage on and off the mat.

Abe and Rebecca will create classes and workshops that continually and collaboratively employ these concepts against real-world movements and challenges from your practice in order to nurture physical awareness, expand on your personal concept of strength and challenge your idea of what it means to feel strong both inside and out.
