CAN TRUE YOGA BE DYNAMIC?
Yes, yoga can take any shape as long as you follow basic yoga principles! For many people dynamic is easier to understand than the static poses of Hatha yoga! Learn the sequence and fill up with energy!
NOTE! You will do all kriyas for 75 seconds, except power kriyas that are recommended to be done 5, 10 or 15 times each. If you find any kriya difficult then SKIP it. Use this time to rest before the next kriya.
Learn them by heart. And you will be able to close eyes during the practice that will improve your concentration.
