Start doing this moves at your own pace, and little by little you’ll get more flexible and strong. Practice them at least 3 times a week. It takes only 15 min of your day and it’s worth it!!!
Note: Each set must be done four times. Hannah is showing us how to do it, but she just repeats them twice in the video.
